I get so excited when clients ask me to photograph their proposals. It's always such a sweet and tender moment. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous and also filled with butterflies. Photographing this proposal wasn't easy as we had a lot to plan to make this the perfect moment for them both to be captured. While they finished up dinner downtown Madison, I headed up to the capital square to get into my hide out position where I waited for the two of them to arrive. While I made sure to stay hidden, he took her to our designated spot and got down on one knee where she happily said yes! It was a sweet moment, and one that I am so happy they decided to have photographed at such a beautiful setting such as downtown Madison, Wisconsin.
